Well, another Christmas is over. Best present I received was my present to myself - Donut the kitten. I get the feeling that I will be posting many, many photos of him. Thanks to those of you who added his first picture as a fave ... I've already got it framed on my TV cabinet.

Spending my summer doing a lot of work on my vegie garden and pond, which is becoming a rich source of photographic inspiration too, with all the bugs coming out. Then there's the cricket - I was really pleased with the way the shots from the 1st test against Sri Lanka turned out, especially the ones of Murali bowling.

Meanwhile, catching up on the reading, working on my novel and eating lots of really bad food. Yay me!
